I've worked with Ryan Belinak on two rentals in Riverfront Park in Denver over the years, and I'm always struck by how knowledgeable he is of the area, the good rapport he has with property managers of all the locations we looked at, and how well he listened to what I was looking for. It's not an easy task to find a place on your timeline that fits your needs and wants, especially when you are moving from another state. But Ryan paid attention to exactly what I wanted and was able to narrow down a few options so that my rental hunting visits were as efficient as possible. He even went so far as sending me a video walk-through of my first rental and I trusted him enough to sign the lease without ever having viewed the unit! He was also a staunch advocate for me when issues arose with my unit long after the rental process was over. He genuinely wants his clients to be happy with their rentals and works tirelessly for that outcome. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone I know looking for a house or rental property because I know they will be well taken care of!

Ryan Belinak was essential in helping us find our dream rental property. We are familiar with the Denver market, but moving from out of state, we really wanted the know-how of someone who has been in the Denver area for a long time and could show us lesser-known properties that fit our lifestyle. Not only does Ryan know of the most established properties in Denver, he is also on the pulse of the market and personally knows people at the brand new properties springing up all over town as well.
During our search, Ryan did not deter us from seeing any of the properties that had been on our radar prior to meeting with him, which let us know that he really wanted us to find the perfect space. In the end, we committed to a place that we only found through Ryan as it was truly perfect for our needs. Ryan was more forthcoming and reliable than most of the property managers we met with in each building, which was a bit surprising but also made us feel very thankful to work with him. He helped us understand the process of our rental application, and made sure to work on our behalf when we finally submitted our offer.
We could not have been more pleased with our experience working with Ryan Belinak, and truly feel lucky we entered a new market and found the perfect property with such ease. I moved to Denver from NYC. I've spent most of my life in the Northeast, so I was more than surprised when a number of agencies told me that Colorado relators do not do rentals. (Since my job in Denver is temporary, I'm not in the market to buy.) Then a friend of mine told me to call Ryan Belinak.
I'm not hard to please but I'm hard to impress, and Ryan impressed me. He is attentive, proactive, knowledgeable, and, unlike any number of rental management company employees I met, he is not manipulative or phony. He not only took me to see great properties but he also seemed to want me to be happy. And I am happy, thanks to him. He spent time listening to me -- really listening--, so he understood exactly what I wanted. Then, knowing the market so well, he found it easily. The first place he took me was perfect. He showed me a number of good properties after that, but he gave me what I wanted as a first option. That's because he paid attention to me and looked for an apartment that fit me rather than forcing me to fit into an apartment.
Moving to a city that I did not know at all, I was stumped when I set out to find an apartment. I didn't even know what the neighborhoods were or the plusses and minuses of each one. How could I know where to look? Ryan knew, because he took the time to get to know me. If you want someone who will take you and your needs seriously and follow through, a person who is nice and fun to boot, Ryan is your guy.

Originally I was thinking I was going to just try and sell off market. I made a couple of "blind" calls: to Live Urban and Nostalgic Homes. I didn't have a particular broker I was interested in using. It wasn't until after he and other broker toured my property with my tenants that I decided I was going with Ryan.
Completely flawless execution of everything. So smooth, not a single bump in the road at all. The whole experience was a dream. Ryan was professional, responsive, and had the same sense of urgency that I did.
I never met Ryan face to face because I am out of state but everything he did from our initial conversation through when the money from the sale hit my account was no less than perfect. (And I don't throw that word around loosely!)
Not sure what else to rave about that I haven't already said. I am extremely happy with the entire process.
Ryan is the only representation if Live Urban that I know of and the company is lucky to have him. I'd be happy to further elaborate or provide additional testimony if necessary.

Ryan was an amazing Realtor. He was always available for my calls or text. He listened to what I wanted and he never tried to sale something to me that was out of my price range. He explained the market and he offered new ideas on contracts that in previous purchases other realtors never mentioned.

My husband and I felt so fortunate to have Ryan help us with our rental search. Not being from Denver the rental search process seemed extremely daunting, but working with Ryan allowed us to relax through the process and actually enjoy it! Ryan provided us with guidance and feedback about the neighborhoods as well as each property. My family and I are relocating to Miami FL and renting out our home in Congress Park.
